The City of Portsmouth Scout Council is part of the Hampshire Scout County in the United Kingdom. It covers the old Scout Districts of Portsdown, Central Portsmouth (previously Hilsea and Kingston) and Southsea and currently consists of 20 Scout Groups, 5 Explorer Units and a Scout Fellowship. We run our own District Scout Shops and both of our two Headquarters are available for hire as a Floor for the Night.
