The Portsmouth Scout Shooting Team was started in January 2010, with the aim of providing qualified instructors to give members of Scouting the chance to take part in air rifle shooting.

We can provide taster sessions, courses for the Master at Arms badge, or the opportunity to take part in air rifle shooting towards your Duke of Edinburgh award.

In addition, the team can also run the National Smallbore Rifle Association Youth Proficiency Scheme. This eight lesson course ensures the safe and responsible handling of air rifles by young people, and to introduces them to the sport.
