• On arrival at site, follow directions from car park team. No vehicles permitted to drive a round site unless for unloading of equipment.

• Car parking available at entrance for dropping off & collection of young people. Please advise parents of this.

• On arrival, one leader must report to Lyons Lodge for camping allocation prior to pitching.

• Once your entire group has arrived, one leader must report to Lyons Lodge to book in. Bring with you all health forms (for adults& young people), any alterations to names etc.

• Guiders will need to also present a G/c (green) form for each Guide onsite.

Additional Information

• If leaders require hot drinks while manning bases, please bring a named flask which can be refilled as and when required.

• Health forms will be retained by first aid team. Adult health forms may be sealed in named envelopes if preferred. If you wish to have copies of health forms for your own records, you must ensure they are photocopied prior to the event.
